位於餐廳中央的私人宴會廳，氣派雍容而不失溫馨，專為款待至親摯友而設。廳內懸掛「Mr. and Mrs. Duck」藝術畫作，鴨像頭戴禮帽、鑲於古董金邊畫框，配以詼諧語錄，為經典肖像注入靈動玩味。Located in the centre of the venue, the “Tea Chamber” serves as the restaurant’s main private dining room, a grand yet intimate space reserved for the family’s most cherished guests. On opposite walls hang bold and tactile artworks of “Mr. and Mrs. Duck” dressed in their finest hats, with witty quotes adorning the irregular antique gold picture frames, a humorous take on family portraits.

Be sure to take a closer look at the oversized bamboo steamer pendant lights, which have been handcrafted from natural bamboo by local craftsman Master Lui Ming – a glowing tribute to the city’s iconic dim sum tradition and the enduring artistry of Hong Kong craftsmanship.

招牌京式明爐烤鴨（每隻–港幣$888 / 半隻–港幣$448）採用凱悅酒店的傳奇秘方烹製而成，是餐廳不容錯過的必嚐招牌菜之一。鴨子飼養四十五天後，需經過七十二小時的風乾處理，再置入特製烤爐中烘烤，方能成就這道菜聞名遐邇的酥脆外皮。 Prepared using Hyatt’s legendary secret recipe, the Signature Roasted Peking Duck (HK$888 Whole / HK$448 Half) is a must-try experience at One Duck Lane. Ducks are raised for 45 days then air-dried for 72 hours before being roasted in a custom-built oven to achieve the dish’s famously crispy skin.
